2. Account Creation, Security, and Policy

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the omotogel platform. Creating more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or other identifying information — constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and the security of their account. omotogel will never request a user's password via email, text message, or any other communication channel. If a user suspects their account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, they must immediately contact the support team and change their password.

omotogel reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account if there is evidence of misuse, violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or the use of false identity. In such cases, any remaining balance in the account may be temporarily held pending the completion of an investigation. Suspension or account closure decisions made on the basis of evidence of a violation are final and cannot be contested except through the official appeals process with the omotogel team.

4. Payment and Transaction Information

All transactions on the omotogel platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method they use belongs to them and is registered under the same name as their omotogel account. The use of a bank account or payment method belonging to a third party without clear authorization may result in account suspension.

Deposits generally require confirmation from the sending party. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected — local bank transfers such as BCA, Mandiri, or BNI typically take 15–60 minutes (estimated, subject to bank network conditions and operating hours). Digital wallets such as OVO, GoPay, or Dana are generally processed faster.

For withdrawals, the name on the destination bank account must match the identity details registered to the omotogel account. Any discrepancy will cause a processing delay until identity verification is complete. omotogel is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the user or disruptions to third-party banking systems.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to change at any time and will be displayed on the cashier page at the time of the transaction. Users are advised to check the current terms before initiating a transaction.
