1. Data We Collect

omotogel collects several categories of data from users during the registration process and while using the platform. This data collection is carried out transparently and solely for the purposes described in this document.

The categories of data collected include: account information (full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and password stored in encrypted form); device and browser data (IP address, device type, operating system, browser name and version, and time zone); payment information (bank account or digital wallet name, masked account number, and transaction history in Rupiah/IDR); and usage data (pages visited, features used, session duration, and interactions with platform content).

The data collected does not include sensitive information such as a full national ID number unless required for identity verification mandated by operational regulations. In such cases, the data is stored in encrypted form and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

2. Purpose of Data Use

Data collected by omotogel is used exclusively to support platform operations and to deliver a relevant experience for users. We do not use data for any purposes beyond those listed below.

The primary purposes for which data is used include: identity verification and account authentication at login; processing deposits and withdrawals in Rupiah (IDR); personalizing the interface based on detected usage preferences; sending notifications related to transactions, account updates, or security information; internal analysis to improve platform performance and stability; and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

omotogel does not use user data for third-party advertising purposes. Betting history and transaction records are not shared with marketing partners in any form without the explicit consent of the user concerned.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Session Cookies

Used to maintain login status during an active session. Automatically deleted when the browser is closed.

Persistent Cookies

Stores language preferences and display settings so they do not need to be reconfigured on every visit.

Security Cookies

Helps detect suspicious activity and protect accounts from unauthorized access.

Users can manage their cookie preferences through their browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality, including the ability to maintain a login session. omotogel does not use third-party cookies for advertising purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

omotogel implements technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between user devices and omotogel servers is encrypted using industry-standard security protocols.

Account data, payment information, and transaction history are stored on servers protected by multiple layers of security. Access to sensitive data is restricted to personnel who are authorized and require that access to carry out legitimate operational functions.

That said, no security system can guarantee perfect protection. Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential and for notifying the omotogel team immediately if they detect any unauthorized activity on their account. Data is retained for as long as the account is active and for a defined period after account closure in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

omotogel does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, there are limited circumstances in which data may be shared with other parties.

First, technical service providers (such as server infrastructure and payment gateways) that process data on behalf of omotogel — they are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use data for specified purposes. Second, Indonesian legal authorities when omotogel is required by law or court order to disclose certain information. Third, in the event of a business merger or acquisition, users will be informed in advance before any data is transferred to the new entity.

Outside of these three circumstances, user data will not be shared without the explicit written consent of the user concerned.

6. User Rights Over Personal Data

As a omotogel platform user, you have a number of rights regarding the personal data we hold. These rights can be exercised by contacting the support team through the available channels.

Right of access: Users may request a copy of the personal data we hold in relation to their account. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once identity verification is complete.
Right of rectification: If any data is inaccurate or incomplete, users can request an update through their account settings or by contacting customer support directly.
